Judas Priest, one of heavy metal’s most legendary acts, is heading back to Phoenix on April 24, 2017, for one show at Comerica Theatre. The Live Nation produced Judas Priest: Firepower 2018 Tour will kick off on March 13 in Wilkes Barre, PA and end in San Antonio, TX on May 1. The tour will feature the line-up of singer Rob Halford, guitarists Glenn Tipton and Richie Faulkner, bassist Ian Hill, and drummer Scott Travis. Special guests Saxon and Black Star Riders will open the show.
The “Judas Priest Fan Presale” begins Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at 10:00 am local time with the password: FIREPOWER that fans can use to purchase tickets in advance. The public on sale is Friday, October 27 at 10:00 am and tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com and the box office.
Judas Priest is embarking on a 26 stop tour in support of their new studio album, Firepower. The new album is due to be released in early 2018. This will be their 18th studio album and their first studio album since Redeemer of Souls was released in 2014. Judas Priest was recently nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the 2018 induction class.
