British rock band BUSH will be at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe on June 4, 2017.  Appearing in the middle of their 2017 headlining tour, this will be BUSH’s first return to the Valley since 2015 and only their third appearance here in the past 13 years.  The North American leg of the tour launched March 4 in Dallas and runs through August 12, at which point they return home to the U.K. for 6 shows and then on to Europe for 10 currently announced shows.

The tour is in support of the band’s 7th studio album, BLACK AND WHITE RAINBOWS.  The album dropped March 10, 2017.  The album is classic BUSH in tone and feel.  “I think it really is important to have the element of hope and repair and sunshine because it’s such a divided world now,” BUSH lead singer Gavin Rossdale told Billboard Magazine.  Rossdale is credited with writing all of the songs on the new album.  While that “hope and repaid” is apparent on tracks like Sky Turns Day Glo, there is still plenty of angst and melancholy for those fans who are traditionalists.

To date, BUSH have sold over 20 million records, and have also had an incredible 18 Top 40 singles. BUSH’s debut album Sixteen Stone has been certified six times platinum and their follow-up Razorblade Suitcase hit #1 on the U.S. charts.
