Ska-reggae fusion stand-outs the Dirty Heads will be performing at Mesa Amphitheatre this coming Sunday, July 16. From southern California, the Dirty Heads are on an extensive co-headlining tour fellow ska/reggae artist Soja. Special guests The Green and RDGLDGRM will be supporting the tour.

The Dirty Heads are touring a support of their recent EP Dessert. The four tracks were recorded with Rome Ramirez (of Sublime with Rome fame) and Da Internz at the same time the band was making their 2016 self-titled record.

Soja is touring in support of its most recent release, the 2016 album SOJA: Live In Virginia.

Both bands are terrific live acts.  You can’t help but leave a show with Dirty Heads or Soja feeling uplifted, optimistic and enthusiastic about life in general.  Maybe it’s the genre – ska and reggae tend to have that effect.  But it’s also the pure joy that these artists bring to their music and their performance that has a huge impact on the positive vibes that each live show generates.
